I was actually in the middle of drinking water!
Breakfast: Oatmeal (145)
Lunch: Mushroom sandwich (220) + carrots (55)
Snack: PB banana smoothie (200) + plain toast (87)
Dinner: Sweet potato (176) + carrots (27)
Exercise: 40mins of walking (-162)
I also did pilates at 2am but I’m counting that with yesterday.
So after over a week of <600 days and two of <400 I was finally able to eat real food last night.
New favourite rice cracker combination. (I know, I know, there’s a new one every day, I know.)
Plain rice cracker with almond butter, agave, banana, crushed pecans and cinnamon. I’ve fallen in love.
So trying this.
